North Somerset Council say they WILL accept your objections for a short time after the 10th June. Please ask all the caring people you know, to click onto the link below.

Please note, ALL OBJECTIONS and ALL COMMENTS made by you, and sent to North Somerset Council, will be taken into consideration when they review the destructive building application for BRACKEN HILL.

Update: Deadline Extended Until June 10th, More Time To Submit Your Views On Proposal

The time limit for you to review and comment on the building proposal on Bracken Hill Gardens has been extended to June 10th. Please review the information in the previous post and make your feelings clear to the Council. THIS IS ONLY A TEMPORARY REPREIVE, time is still running out for the gardens, act now to avoid this historic landmark being lost from Bristol forever.

A planning application has been submitted to the Council and officials have released the following information. We encourage you to review the information below:

To inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents, to build houses on the GRADE II LISTED GARDEN at BRACKEN HILL, North Road, Leigh Woods. Go to:

Action needs to be taken, so the Friends of Bracken Hill Garden ask that you download the Information and Facts sheet now availbable in MS Word format. Please download, print and distribute where and when you can to help build awareness of this urgent situation.
